Hi,
I was wondering if any of you knew how I can make backgrounds? or download some? I know this sounds like a DUH question, but what I am after is the type of backgrounds you see used in professional studios; the different colors with a little texture... something I can make in PSPX. I like to take the person off the original background and use something more "studio like" at times.
I hope that makes sense.
Thanks
God Bless

Hi QueenBrownShuga.
This is not a 'Duh question' at all. In fact it is a very common problem. Finding suitable backgrounds can be an endless search and waste a lot of time.
This is one reason why I have been pleading for more pictures in Our Archive. If we had a collection of backgrounds here at RetouchPro it could save a lot of time searching.
Has anyone got a nice studio setup that they could shoot (without a model) or maybe pictures inside old buildings (staircases, windows, pillars etc)
There is a thread to help with the upload here

Thanks. :pleased:
Ken.

Wow! Thanks everyone. I really appreciate it. I will upload some of them if it permissible, by the owner...I'll check.
Here's another source for portrait backgrounds that may be adapted to your digital efforts.
