I've used Elements 2 on my Mac for some years. Yesterday a surprising change happened.

In "effects" when using "foreground color frame" the default width of the frame changed from around .25 in to about .7 inches. (The .25 inch frame was always about right so I never looked for a way to change it.)

Is there a way to change the width of the "foreground color frame?" Any idea why it changed for no apparent reason?
