excellent job. the only point that I would make is that parts of the photo have a little too much saturation for my tastes. (eyes and jacket)

Nice first attempt
Try to get a little variation into the colours. Take a look at some colour pictures and you will see that skin tones vary. Using one colour looks a little flat.

This is a great picture. I hope you don’t mind but I had to have a go at it.
