Peter CJ Swartz 11-22-2006, 03:08 PM Well, with her body, she has reason to "glow"! There was never a day in my life that I looked that good... I did some USM/diffuse, then some PolarCoord and Extrude with some masking out of rough spots it added, and then added a Diffuse glow. Steve Conway 11-23-2006, 11:56 AM Here are a couple of interpretations that hopefully we won't be shot for posting. Steve zganie 11-23-2006, 01:01 PM here is a couple i just did quick zganie palms1 11-23-2006, 02:56 PM heres a try from me Palms Peter S 11-23-2006, 02:58 PM Excellent All of them especially like yours Palms Peter palms1 11-24-2006, 05:16 AM Excellent All of them especially like yours Palms Peter Thank you Peter interesting experiment not done a "whole" body before Palms manta1900 11-24-2006, 05:52 AM Wow.... what a beauty. Other color/gamma/sat adjustments. :) palms1 11-26-2006, 04:33 AM Preprocessing for contrast (help via Xero's Supersmooth filter for initial Aniso) and then Autotract vector simplication. Other color/gamma/sat adjustments. :) Like it Ikroll any chance you could simplify the explanation for me a bit ! what is autotract ? can it be used with Photoshop Palms lkroll 11-26-2006, 08:27 AM Typo; should have said Autotrace (http://autotrace.sourceforge.net/); can try the online interface if you don't have a supported OS. I really like vector simplication (lazy I am). It really enhances Aniso. I've posted the script before, but it's been a while. Below's the script that I use: AUTOTRACE -corner-threshold 75 -despeckle-level 16 -despeckle-tightness 2 -output-format svg -output-file c:\temp\d.svg -report-progress %1 I port the SVG file directly into GIMP (GIMP reads vectored SVG thanks to Ghostscript (http://www.ghostscript.com/awki/Ghostscript); I like SVG since it keeps transparencies. When saving as EPS, GIMP doesn't read the transparencies), and blend it with the original (the transparencies need to be filled; if I were to use an EPS file, the transparencies would default with white which makes for a terrible situation). I know it's a little techy, so I apoligize for this, but this can't be helped. :) palms1 11-26-2006, 11:22 AM Thank you Ikroll still a little bit over my head but will keep going back till it sinks in  Palms MargaretM 11-26-2006, 01:07 PM Golden Girl. Done in Photoshop with hue and sat. layer and blurred layer. MargaretM MargaretM 11-26-2006, 01:13 PM I just rolled the dice in the Kyoto color filter in Flaming Pear filters and thought this was a cool look. MargaretM Peter S 02-26-2007, 06:22 PM Had to have another go at this beautiful lady with art history. I hope she likes this one. Peter lkroll 02-26-2007, 07:11 PM Thought I would try something different too. Created the false colors via Retinex. Some smoothing (GREYCStoration) also. :) DannyRaphael 02-28-2007, 05:17 AM There was never a day in my life that I looked that good...That goes for me too, CJ. :) ------------ Before starting this manipulation I masked the bathing suit and changed its color, and selectively applied Levels to lighten areas that looked too dark. Experimenting continues with actions from the Pencil Pixels One-Click Volume 1 collection from www.PencilPixels.com... On the first one I used the Styled Poster Art action. To this layer a little sharpening was applied followed by selective blurring (using Photoshop's Blur tool) to smooth some skin areas. ------------ #2 (collage) Top right: A copy of the one described above TL: I have no idea. :) BL: Snap Art > Comics BR: Grayscale > Bitmap > Diffusion dither ------------ Great one to work with, Peter. Thanks for getting it started... and bringing it back for an encore. ~Danny~ |
