Submitting an image, is any powerful idea
to remove blur in the image and make sharpen to satisfactory point ?

try filter->sharpen->unsharp mask...

You could use "nik Sharpener Pro"

Levels adjustment as the pic is devoid of black (darker tones), followed by a HSL adjustment to reduce a bit of the colour after levels adjustment. Duplicate Layer, Filter->Other->highpass and set blending mode to overlay

Altered the lighting with the render filter, levels for contrast, smoothed.
