I have this photo that was in storage for awhile. My daughter won a kinder cutie contest back in 1994, and I noticed that it has started to get damages...and I am trying to retouch .... looks really simple, however I am having trouble....could someone help me with this.... Thank you so much for all help.... :)

In Photoshop, you might use the color replacement tool to correct the color stains on the box. A simple auto levels and auto color would go a long way to restoring the colors. The rest is repair with clone and healing tools to repare scratches.

Just a quick once over with the clone tool, then a little noise reduction using Neat Image, lastly duplicated image to new layer, applied Polaroid Dust & Scratches Filter, then masked girls face and dress.
