Hi,
I am a member of this site and I work as a full time retoucher in Dubai. I am considering moving onto freelancing, so that I can work from home.
I need you to look through retouchpix (professional work) (http://www.retouchpix.com/indexcor.html) and give me your most frank opinion on my work.
The work in this 'flash gallery' is what I have one for the ad agency where I work.

I assume there are really highly professional photographers and retouchers here from all around the world and am hoping to get a feed back from you (please...) about my work and to know if its really worth for me to go freelancing.

Also the rest of the site contains more simple retouching work, like for individuals.

Thanx for the c&c in advance everyone.
Retouchpix.

Please? I really want to know.

Also everyone is welcome to comment please. :)

From what I can see the work looks really good, but these are quite small example images.
You may be better posting in the critique forum, if thats what you are wanting :)

Hi,
Naturally excellent work. However, in my humble opinion this isn't retouching. It's more toward manipulation or artistry. By that I mean that the after product is much different from the before and in some examples, completely different from the original. That isn't a criticism, it's beautiful imagery, but examples of a creative vision from the original.

Of course, you will find work where the client seeks a new vision for the elements they provide for you. Best to you as well.
