Heres aother installment of the same concept as the frogs. I would say this is about 75% done, I have acorns to add and a few other cleanup things.
Im very interested in hearing thoughts from you guys/gals. I have the before and after posted for comparison.
Thanks

MEH? Thats for the compliment though.
With both the Frogs and this piece I wanted to show the way animals are forced to adapt to their "new" surroundings that they are given to live in. I created a dark mood with a fairly rich coloring to try to show some diversity in the obstacles they may have to face.
I plan on filing the pipe with acorns, and having a view fallen out of the rot hole and onto the platform he is standing on.

I like it. I like the concept, and so far I like the execution.
Nothing really constructive to add, look forward to seeing the completed piece.
The Frogs image was more dynamic. Adding the other elements you plan on will improve the concept. Is this high res or for web only?
Where you at in BK?

I agree with the frogs being more dynamic. They were a bot smaller, and I was able to get away with setting up the composition with the frogs because of their size. I also like the angle of the shot on the last one as well.
Someone I work with just handed me a ziploc bag with acorns, so Ill be taking pictures tonight if not tonight, Ill have to wait till fri or sat :(
Thanks for the comments, Im looking forward to hearing from more of you.
Ant check your PM inbox.
Thanks again

so I finally found someone to get me some acorns, since there arent any in the South Bronx (imagine that, no oak trees)
I placed them in there at the correct perspective and then played some lighting games with the shadows inside the pipe.
Let me know what you guys think, please. Be tough, I can take it...
Thanks
