My numbat image has faded badly. Oh, my! However can I get the color back!!
Perhaps Craig will have a solution... Or maybe Beth...
The Numbat (Myrmecobius fasciatus) is a small marsupial endemic to western Australia. It eats termites. Fur is reddish-brown above becoming darker on the rump, which has a series of bold white stripes across it. Underneath it is pale grey to white. A thick dark stripe runs from the nose to the ears through the eye, and above and below this are long white patches. The tail is dark, and flecked with brown and white hairs.
