Help,

I am a relative newbie and am attempting to set up a multipage template to print photo orders for sports photos. I am trying to print 1 page - 8x10, 1 page (2) 5x7, and 1 page with 4 2x3 and several wallets. Is this possible. I want to use the same photo for all of the prints but just in several sizes. Thanks for the help...

K NormanAssuming you're using Photoshop, check out the File > Automate > Picture Package command to do the formatting.

To take it a step further an "action" could be recorded to take an open image and, in one click, create each page.

Finally if you have, say, A LOT of these to do -- like hundreds -- the process could be fully automated using what's known as batch processing. (File > Automate > Batch) to format and save a folder full of originals.

While these suggestions are easy to summarize in a paragraph, "explaining how to do them" isn't trivial stuff, so I would suggest Googling:
Photoshop tutorial "Picture package"
Photoshop tutorial how to write action
Photoshop tutorial "batch processing"

If you do this research and are overwhelmed by what appears to be a really steep mountain to climb, here's your lifeline: Google "QImage" which is a fairly inexpensive, easy to use and pretty nifty program for doing this type of thing.

Hope this helps...
