was wondering how to put a photo directly into an Email NOT AN ATTACHMENT so its right in the message.ANY input would be greatly appreciated

| View Full Version : E mails zganie 02-01-2007, 08:03 AM was wondering how to put a photo directly into an Email NOT AN ATTACHMENT so its right in the message.ANY input would be greatly appreciated thanks zganie Jerryb 02-01-2007, 10:25 AM hi, that very simple... these procedures are for OE 1. open your message 2. go ahead and put in your address and text 3. place cursor where yo want message to be placed in the text area 4. go to the insert menu>picture 5. then click browse button 6. navagate to the folder the picture it is in and hilight picture (you want) and click open 7. then click ok and that it! if you using a different email program procedures will be a little different... also once you have the picture inserted, tag the picture to where you see the handle bars and you can click and drag on the handle bar to size the picture the way you want.. was wondering how to put a photo directly into an Email NOT AN ATTACHMENT so its right in the message.ANY input would be greatly appreciated thanks zganie Photo678 02-02-2007, 04:29 PM I may be wrong, but i think that is still an attachment...been a while since my OE days. Another option is to host the picture somewhere and include the <img=src> tag in the email....that will only work if the recipient can receive html email. CJ Swartz 02-02-2007, 05:02 PM If the image is already on the internet, it is possible to simply do a "copy" (not "copy image") from the net and "paste" into Outlook Express (depending on the security systems set up to protect from downloads and whether it is a picture that you are allowed to use, etc. etc.). |
