I was just contacted by a lady who would like me to mat and provide a hanger for several pictures that she has. She said she asked the local photo shop and they said they could sell her the mats and all she had to do was to tape them on the back. She wants something better than that. So how would be the best way to do this project. Remember no frames involved.

I've used these gallery clips before. They're not bad as long as your backing is rigid enough not to bend under the tension. (maybe use foam core in addition to the matting) They're cheap, too.
