thanks,Seems like I read that it will not ship until end of February 2007.

The new brush feature/function looks interesting and the "more Photoshop-like" layer management (in terms of merging/combining) to me is a real plus.

Whether it's worth the price of upgrade will be an individual call.

I will probably wait for the X.1 patch before taking the leap. Corel is not known for releasing real clean initial release software.

I just got mine today. Upgraded from Painter 8. So far I am impressed, but I better be because it's over twice the size. :)

I'm looking forward to experimenting with the RealBristle Brushes and the Photo-Painting system.
