I don't know if i am posting this in the correct place or not.

I got a family of 26 that aprochaed me to take family portraits.
I have never done such a large group, and this will be done at thier home, since they have a large area, and are also more comfortable with thier surroundings.

So it is going to be a group shot of everyone, total of 26 people. Then multiple shoots of individuals with thier grandmothers. Then some individual shots of families.

So, i do not know how to price such a massive session. I speculate this will take around 4 hours to complete, plus setup time of 30 minutes to an hour. I am also looking at like 2 poses per shoot.

I just never done something so large, and now i need help pricing this.

Best Regards,

AG

So no one cares to help out here?

I am just asking for ballpark estimates. Just never done such a large group. Ohh, and the group has now gorwn to 32. So it is now even more difficult to price. Greash, well, back to the idea room..

$600-700 easy. You are shooting digital I presume? give them 4x6s and a disc. You might, I wouldn't, want to handle enlargements and such. Make sure to upcharge big.

edit: get half up front and have them sign away on something telling them exactly what they are getting for their money.
