I am trying to see if I can afford to get a retoucher on my team. I am a photographer, who has been retouching her own work up until now. Well, it is not what I like to do....I am paranoidal and obsessed about retouching, and mess with it way too much...Then I get my models upset for not delivering images on time. I am trying to break out of this, and I would like to know what are the rates for fashion/beauty nowadays? I don't need COMPLEX (involving 120 layers and more) retouching, but still definetely HIGH END.

Rates vary depending on the subject matter and the final destination. Ie: Editorial, portfolio, commercial.

I can send a pm if you'd like as to what I charge, although I believe I am at the higher range than most.

I would love to be a part of your company please send me some images as a sample. Important thing is acceptance of work, about money we could discuss later, however here rates are very low regarding to western countries
