I'm fairly new to restorations. I'm not bad with fixing tears and scratches, but when it comes to color and contrast issues, I can not get the results I see you achieving on this group. As I have reviewed some posts here, it is clear that I need to learn more about channels.

Attached is an image of my grandmother that I would like to restore as a (Grand)Mother's Day gift. Would anyone feel kindhearted enough to help guide me through this one?

Pwease........

Thanks,

Crystal

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it. Please excuse my ignorance, but I'm not really clear on what you did (like it however). Do you mean you made adjustment layers? And what did you do to "execute unwanted light"?

I can clone all day long, but when it comes to channels and layers, I'm lost beyond the very basics.

Thank you again
