can anybody help me how to reach this effect? I mean specially color tones. It is shot with one straight light. Thank you for any tip.

Two main lights, a large soft light source and a small light source.

If you look in the reflection of the lightsource in the eye and the shape of the shadows you will see it. I circled the shadow from the tip of the nose which was cast by the large light source. The way the shadows radiate from the small light source suggests it is close to her. She is leaning against a wall, the softbox is probably set on the floor and who knows about the small light source :-), the photographer could be holding it or it could be on a stand. The shadow in the bottom right over her strap is from the other hand - my guess.

I saw the photos from the backstage and the photo is taken with one straight light and maybe with reflectors. Anyway I don't solve how the lighting was done, but the way of working with the photo later on in Photoshop, like the color tones.
I would like to apply it on this photo.

Sorry, I missunderstood - but in this case some of the tone is from the llighting.

In Photoshop, there are many threads here on glamour retouch and skin blending. Duplicate the layer, guasian blur and mask then reduce opacity of the layer is popular. Also softly cloning out the roughness in the skin or using the healing tool ... glow in the skin as if it was lit with a large softbox - paint white on an empty layer in soft light blend mode and reduce the opacity of the layer. Lots of other techniques around RetouchPRO. :-)

So I tried it, but it's not what I wanted to look like.

The trick is in the lighting, of course. Not in PP.

So I took a stab. Couldn't be too subtle at that resolution, but you get the gist. Auto levels. Powdered her skin, applied eye-drops, highlighter, contacts, lipstick. Basically 'glamourized' her a bit. And Unsharp mask of course.
But a decent make-up job would have been better.

Hi I gave your photo a try, but I don't know if it is what you are looking for?
I used the surface blur to smooth out the skin, but I wasn't to worried about that. I used some levels adjustment and a curves adjustment to brighten up the whole photo. Then I tweaked the colors with a selective color adjustment layer, pushing up the maganta.
I also painted hightlights on a 50%gray layer set to soft light.

Had a play with this too. Not sure if it's what you want though.

Smoothed the skin
Low Contrast Enhance Sharpen to eyes and hair
General lift in brightness using curves
A Highlight curve (broad)
A Shadow curve (broad)
Painted highlights
Dropp the saturation and shifted the hue slightly

Then I added some optional make up... for fun.
