So I am trying to give this girl a slight "breast lift" -Help!
I tried selecting the chest and raising a bit and the reconstructing under and over...long story short it looked terrible. Whats the best/simplest technique for raising body parts??

The way you did it,... I think.

I used the Liquify tool (forward warp tool)along with a mask to keep other parts in place. I also push 'n tugged on a few other parts. Hope you don't mind.

here is my take...lifted with liquify tool than resized them to look more "perky"...pleased with the final outcome here...

Hi retouch1
I selected the chest and moved it up, then masked out the areas not needed. Then I selected the abdomen used free transform to stretch the abdomen up under the chest layer. Masked out unwanted parts.

thank you all for your input -very helpful.
I'm still a bit confused...when I select the chest and drag up, how do I "stretch" the abdomen up?

Hi retouch1
I used the rectangular marquee tool to select the abdomen area. Then press ctrl+j to float your selection to a new layer (below your chest layer). Select your new abdomen layer, then press ctrl+t for free transform, grab the center square at the top of the free transform square and drag upwards. Mask out the unwanted areas. I hope this helps.

I mostly used the free transform warp tool on the lift part, but kept it natural looking, since she's in a sports bra.

I also went to town and retouched the rest of the photo. I hope you don't mind! :)
