Hello I am new to this forum, but was wondering if anyone can help.
I would like to add water droplets randomly over some text.
I want the water droplets to look like the little fizz bubbles in fizzy drinks.
I found a tutorial describing how to do it in illustrator 8, which used a random hatch effect of spots then a gradient could be applied, but that effect has gone from Cs, can anybody help?
Anything will od, wine bubble effect inside a glass etc.

Cheers

Adding a bevel effect can look like 3d bubbles. You can do this in Photoshop.

Welcome to Retouch Pro.
There is a technique for this exact purpose on page 20 of the Jan / Feb 2007 edition of Photoshop User Magazine. If you go to the NAPP site http://www.photoshopuser.com/ you can probably purchase a copy.

Making water droplets is also explained in a 5 step process in the text I'VE GOT A HUMAN IN MY THROAT. Has an image CD and is 280 pages in length. ISBN 1-59863-070-9.

Does this somewhat resemble what you want?
