I have searched, and apparently I was not able to locate anything because I would not have asked the questions.

I think maybe we need a bit more of a specific question. Most fashion style retouches look smooth, and can be compared to barbie dolls. If you browse the boards a bit, I'm sure you'll find a thread with something you're looking for. Otherwise, perhaps you should ask a slightly more detailed question so that we can help. :)

I'm just saying, the first thing I did when I found this board was to read everything I could, gets you a long way.....fast. On my travels i saw a couple of threads similar to what you're asking (although I didn't read as it's not my thing) and a whole lot more.
So stay a while, put your feet up and collect some knowledge, that's why this place is so great

You will find many sites and tutorials about this popular topic.
No one can type out instructions on how to do this - there is a lot to it.
There are some tutorials here on this site.
Search and you will find.
