the retouch looks very good...an extra effect is to add a shine to his face and body to get amore war/wet feel...that typical sun-shine if you catch my drift >:D

i did add some highlight for a somewhat wet effect..but didn't want it to get too much highlight since i had darkened alot of the photo

Black detail? Shadows too red. Lips look like he's wearing lipstick (he might be). I'd darken the ear. Grey on his shouders/back and background arm. overall a touch too pink for me. He appears to tend toward the yellow according to the orignal.
