The only problem I have left is; when I make any changes in my auto-paint profile the palattes disappear, sometimes clicking on the general area will bring them back, otherwise I have to resort to the pull-down windows menu.

In researching my previous problem I've seen other people with the same difficulty, but no answers. Can you guys help?

Don't know why they're disappearing or how to fix that...

Try pressing Tab key next time it happens. That key is the "show/hide palettes" shortcut in Painter (Photoshop, too).
