Hi, Im new to this website and fairly knew to retouching.. i started out doing photos just as a hobby but lately been getting alot of work.. i have this lady that i take pics of her daughter for pageants and she wants me to do the whole fake look.. i have no clue really where to start except with adding eyelashes.. can anyone guide me in the right direction bc i want to please her in her pics but i just have no clue.. thanks

Welcome to RetouchPRO. Unfortunately your attachment is too small to assess. The good news is there's a boatload of info on this topic... here at RetouchPRO and on the net.

1. Try the site Search tool (above) using keywords like: glamour, glamor, skin softening, etc.

2. Google is a great resource for this type of subject matter. Try search arguments such as:

photoshop tutorial glamour retouching

photoshop tutorial pageant retouching

photoshop tutorial beauty retouching

and you will probably find plenty to get you started.

I have done a few pageant pictures. I really don't like doing them because I don't care for the porcelain skin look. When I was doing them they wanted the skin to be very fake looking with no pores showing.Do a search for pageant photos and you will see the look .
