Being new here I hope I ask this in the right forum.

Looking at the gallery and the (collage) picture "Rory Cubed" by Snowdog, I would appreciate very much if somebody could tell me how to create 3D cubes similar to those used in this picture, i.e. with rounded edges, in Photoshop

I'm familiar with the Photoshop 3D rendering filter, transformations and gausian blurs to create rounded edges etc.. - but that's all very tedius so there must be an easier way..

I have been searching the net, but have not really found something usefull..
