This is HDR effect, you can create this effect, with Lucis Art Photoshop plug-in.

The photographer who shot this photo is Jim Fiscus of Atlanta, GA. He uses PWL. I believe that he does the photography and his wife does post-processing. I don't think he uses Lucis at all. You can see more of his work at http://www.fiscusphoto.com/.

Their style is more raw, but more defined in some way! another retouching artist is amy dresser...look her up as well and see her retouching!

Thank you guys...for all of your informations. I have visit all the links. And finally i find the technique by myself. Not same as Lucis's art plugin, or PWL technique exactly..at least i've found what i want :)
