I have seen the tutorial in this page but I can't quite understand it and I have seen that this is a great effect!!
Can someone explain me how exacltly to do this technique??

Try practising d&b on black and white images first, it is easier.

simply put .. dodge is to lighten, and burn is to darken.

so basically what you are doing is blending and evening out colors, and tones. dodge the dark areas and burn the lights.

this is definitely my tool of choice when it comes to retouching.
