Over all well done. It has the look of an illustration. One thing that bothers me when looking at the picture is the extremely blownout white areas under her lower eye lids.

First its hard to critique because we do not know exactly what you wanted to achieve I agree with swampi the cheeks are totally blown out, but if thats the look you want then you achieved it.That said what are we comparing it to
