I have a customer with one of those oval, convex portraits that is need of restoration. I have done these when they were already out of the frame and flattened. The radial tears that I had to repair were no doubt a result of the flattening.
I have attached an example (Not the photo in question). Is there away to scan these or do I need to shoot a digital photo (out of the frame of course) and restore that?
