The skin color looks really good, i have to say, only one thing the version after without acne looks the skin heavy blurred, maybe you have to do more Healing and a lower opacity of your blur layer?;)

I would tone down the shine a bit

To my eye, the retouch looks pretty good, however you seem to have lost some of the shape of the face, making her cheek and forehead a littled enlarged
