I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to make a real photo look like a video game? The photo I am going to be working on has a person in the foreground with a couple of people, a car and a bridge in the background. The video I am trying to mimic is Grand Theft Auto. I know that I will have to run maybe a smart or surface filter to help get rid of some of the fine detail well still retaining a crisp edge. I also plan on increasing contrast and saturation, but does anyone have any other ideas? Years ago, if I was trying to do something like this, I would have maybe made the image a little pixelated, but with the resolution of todays games, you no longer see that sort of thing.

An interesting situation.

I ran Smart Blur with all controls as high as they'd go
Then I ran Water Color 3x with texture down and detail up
Then I ran Smart Blur again
Then I ran Mosaic to pixelate just a bit
Then I use a warming filter
