York, Welcome to RTP. You did a very nice job. It would be interesting to see the original shot.

I'm surprised with all of the work you did, you didn't touch the line in the concrete that runs between her legs...looks great otherwise, nice colors. I like how you made her outfit satin.

I like the pose, dress, the "attitude look", hair, color contrast and the glow/satin effect (in your 'after' pic; looks like LucisArt. Is it?)

Location concept is OK too, but even in your retouch (for my taste) there is still too much distraction in the background -- buildings, light poles, etc. -- that draw attention from the subject.

Notice that only one breast is apparent in your interpretation (nicely done. Subtle and feminine), but where's the other one? I tried to hack one in -- not a good job, but see what I mean? [I asked my wife; she too noticed the mismatch without me pointing it out.]

Overall a lot of good things; only minor suggestions.

Lucis: Lucis is only in the last part of the proces, just minor influence. I used to paint with light a few hours, and then some minor lucis. When you only use Lucis, you have very few controle and A LOT of noise.

distraction: Yeah, I've been told the same, but that's alright for me.

breast: Good point, I didn't notice that, the more I look at it, the more obvious it becomes... but this one is natural ;-)
