I think its good , what retouch technique did you use ?

General clean up of hair and skin plus and colour correction,
then dodge and burn the skin on gray layer

i've done some stuff for Tim in the past to help him with his book.

Looks reallllly orange saturated, maybe bring that part down.

is anyone know , from where i can get photoshop addons ???

after you tone down the contrast, take some of that magenta out of the highlights, especially on face, around the jawline and her neck.

also check out the blue channel, pump up the contrast on it a little and you'll see where her skin still looks a little blotchy, around the mouth, some of cheek, her ear is very blotchy by lobe and the top.

i'm seeing some cloning artifacts above the ear? what other techniques did you use to handle the cross hairs?
