To get really good results, you need raw in this case, the white of her clothes is way overexposed, you need 2 diferent exposures to work this image in to good results.

this shoot was intentionaly made like this going to high key photography.
Is there any way i can load the raw somewhere.Maybe a ftp conexion???

Actually i'm looking for a retoucher to work with for money not for free!!! I dont see what a problem in my post here.I've seen this many times on this forum ! And Doug i do not have a technique since i'm not interested in retouching because i'm a busy photographer.I'm just scouting to find someone good enough for my needs and my budgets.That all!!!

Hi, im sorry but that retouched one from you, is almost the same as mine, only you dit mine retouched eye (the right) fliped and set it over the left one, and you did more color in the lips, and you changed the eyebrows a bit and you dit mine hair retouch a bit change, im sorry but why dont you do it on youre self? ( i can see that you used mine because i set youre retouch over mine and only that things i set above were changed)

I used your version as a refference since yours allready had the right proportions.

I than redrawn the eyelashes, eyebrows, eyelids and the hair in her face on the left and added the texture back in the skin.
recollored the piece and gave an extra glow and sparkle to the lips.

So it should actually be version of Ruud92 by Lanenga

my attempt here...really nice photo! worked on skin with abit of dodge...cloned and healed the hair and in the hair roots...copied the right eye to the left side and made them a touch bigger...added blue to the eyes...some dodge to lighten iris and burn to iris ring...

A NEW VERSION here...wasn't all happy with the blue and it was abit flat...changed the color and used abit more brun to get more facial features...I think it's better...

he is talented...sigh...if i were only 13 years younger...when i started out using computer back in 1994, ruud was 1 year old...hehe...the only program i could remember i used for creative stuff was the sucky ms paint on windows 3.11 ...LOL! i have retouched picture for fun since april 2006...if it haven't been for retouchpro.com I would not have learned all the stuff that I know today...but still I wish i would grow up with the computers now in these days...the brain stops to learn stuff and skips important details as you get older :tongue: hehe...

actual i was 2 then, but i know what you try to say, but I also started with ms. Paint then i used Jasc Paintshop pro 8 -> then '9 -> and later i got Photoshop but that was not really a simple thing to me to learn, haha, but i know it now entirely. i use now CS3. and I'm maybe younger but I started also in Ms.paint haha. Thanks CMS!!

Thanks dmrdm! yeah i would like to be a proffesional one in the future! haha but there is, so far as i know no study (or how you wanna call it, I mean that what you gonna do after 'middle school' what we call in holland, middelbare school -> universiteit or a HBO, if you know what i mean) for.

ruud: there are tons of schools who teach you photoshop and retouching! but if you get a junior position somewhere(closest for you is London) then you will be teaching all the goody stuff we only can speculate one and dream about :D

I would start searching for schools in england...maybe talk to shellby...she is probably sitting with good info on these subjects!
