2checkout is notorious for scams...."oh, i overpayed you, please refund my money" type of scams.

What country are you in that paypal is not allowed? Try to find a better, reputable CC merchant option and ill be happy to do the work for you.

I ONLY accept paypal, and checks drawn on american banks.

Further, aren't you already a retoucher?.....are you just trying to get someone to pick up your overflow, while still collecting a pretty penny from your client?

It isn't true. I use 2checkout for a year without any problems.
