This is my first post so I hope I do it right. I took this picture about a year and a half ago and thought it might make a nice painting.

On my interpretation I used a couple Photoshop actions, both avalable from www.AtnCentral.com (http://www.AtnCentral.com):

Mike Warren's Illustration Action
The "texture" action from set BMC Photo Art Painting Action

Welcome to the forum Klaut. Thought a tileable would help your duck friend. Here (http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/3734/woodduckoe9.jpg)'s what can be done with it. :)

Great duck picture -- I did a smudge painting --- my first attempt at that style by the way. Sometimes I feel like I am just blurring things but anyway please feel free to comment on my results. We have several wood ducks around our creek and I wish I could capture them on flim but too wild.

Used this (http://www.dddesign.com/temp/nsa02/2dto3d.htm) tutorial to create it. Attached both the Cross Eye and the Right Side individual (just in case you want to combine it with your original for better print). :)

I thought I'd give this a try after viewing on of Trimoon's tutorials.
