im looking for some free software for editing. frames & borders, and creating paintings. any ideas?

Do you have any tips on programs that you can create calanders? i have found alot but not what i am looking for. i need to be able to export it in layers. i want to design calanders for schools so i need to put their logos on and run a action in photoshop.:confused: :confused:
