I am a fashion and portrait photographer who wants to spend his time more on photography and less on photoshop. Looking for someone who is skilled in the following:

-Skin and hair retouching (preserving skin texture is important in some of the work)
-Attention to detail
-Preparation for print
-Must be able to work under my direction but i also will listen to their creative input

*Professional experience is a bonus but not required

This will be work on per project basis. This would be a good opportunity for young retouchers to gain experience and some cash.
