Helloo! I'm new here, I've been signed up for a week or two maybe; and I'm really loving the atmosphere here and how helpful people are!
I'm pretty new to photo retouching, I'm just in it for a hobby so to speak but I might be hoping to carry it on in later life. So anyway, what I was wondering is if someone can give me a step to step guide of photo retouching? Now don't get me wrong, I know some of the basics; I've been using a lot of the tutorials on here, but it's kind of hard to piece them all together you know?
So like.. what you do first, and how you carry it out; preferably with pictures - I tend to have a low attention span if I don't see them!
Thanks in advance!

I very good tip to get basic step by step introduction to the retouch worl is to read the eismann books! I bought her books when I became a member here last year! Reading them has taught me some good basic and steps to start with! I tend to use curves first to get the colour feel I want! Using curves can even make your picture look sharper...A good basic color gives you a good start! That's my tip :)
