I just can't find the love for Adobe Album.
I need to be able to view similar images to choose which one to send to Photoshop, and also something that's a good organizer.
I have the software that came with my Canon 350D camera.

You don't care for Bridge?

Sorry. I forgot to say that I have Photoshop 7. Bridge isn't usable, correct?

You'd need to upgrade to use Bridge. The only downside IMHO to Bridge is it doesn't work for images you've burned to CD or DVD.
The closest modern relative to Adobe Album is the Organizer that comes with Photoshop Elements (it's actually the best feature in Elements).
Thumbs Plus used to be an excellent photo organizer. It still very well may be, I haven't checked in a couple of years.
Have you looked at Google Picasa?

I've noticed Picasa and CyPics, but it's so hard to tell until you actually work with them.
I'm putting quite a bit of time into learning Photoshop 7. I have several websites that use photos, and I'm scanning my negatives (a lot) to digital files. I just generally take a lot of photos. I'm a old time photo retoucher, so almost every photo gets some kind of tweak from me. Photoshop is some kind of miracle to me. :)
Am I making a mistake by not moving up and just using Bridge?

I wouldn't say it's a mistake, but there are a lot of new features from 4 versions ago (besides Bridge).

I think I'll just move up. None of my websites before have been graphics-rich, but the new one is covered with graphics. No sense spending so much time with Photoshop 7 if I can do better. I was just afraid of the learning curve of a new version.
