I have about 2000 negatives (Kodacolor) which are 25-30 years old, already scanned with a high resolution film scanner. The red and green channels are in perfect condition. The blue channels have become very weak (quite dark). The images, while crisp and colorful, have a very strong yellow cast. Non of the simple adjustments (photo filter, auto color, match color neutralized, or Black & White point Curve) work without either leaving a strong blue cast or making the image appear flat with low saturation. Kodak Digital ROC in auto mode does a much better job than any of the PS tools. Anyone know of any other good plugins for color correction. Manually twiddling all of the curves in PS for each image is toooooo time consuming.
Thanks & Regards, Murray

ICorrect by PictoColor is a good plugin.

Bill, thanks for the tip. I tried it and it definitely produces better results than Digital ROC when you can point it to a neutral spot. It's advantages can be seen in the highlights and shadows. It appears to be dead in the water when there are no neutral points. The only other downside is that it can not run unassisted in an action. However, it will still be a huge time saver so I will add it to the plugin arsenal.
