Yes of course. With the tablet you're just using it's pen or wireless mouse to draw (same as you would with your current mouse). So you are still going to be clicking on your pen tool or brush or whatever in your program, draw, paint or brush with it and then you are still going to be clicking on your paths palette to convert to a path or stroke it or whatever you want to do with it. You might want to head over to the Wacom site and read up on them and the different ones. If you're only needing it for paths, the one mentioned above would be fine....and cheap.
