Can you be a little more specific of what kind of retouching that you're going after? More importantly, what do you want to learn? This forum has lots of eager members that are willing to help you with your learning process in retouching, but this forum does not provide free retouching. Just to be clear to you or any potential poster that want free retouching...this forum is not the place to ask. However, we are happy to help if you're genuinely want to learn. So, what kind of retouching techniques that you're interested learning?

Shadow/Highlights adjustments in CS3, smoothed her skin, removed a few blemishes with the healing brush, selective sharpening in lighten mode and applied a darken vignette.

Glad you liked it.

I learned most from tutorials from here and on the web. Familarize yourself with the program and just practice.

I am not a professional retoucher, so I am not adverse to using the filters in photoshop to smooth skin.

Check out byro's degrunge tutorial here. I learned to apply make up by watching some of Mama Shan's tutorials on the web.

As I am still learning, I don't have a tutorial to show you. Just watch the tutorials and practice, practice and then practice more.

I did some clean-up, selective levels adjustments, color correction & spent some time experimenting with skin tones.
