Hello everyone,
I've put up my website a couple of months ago,
but now I'm looking for some feedback about it..
If you don't mind,

Hi.
It's great to look at!
But I couldn't find any text anywhere, except on the Contact page.
(Even though I don't understand the language!)
I think it may need just a bit of text somewhere telling what services you offer. Is it just straight photography? Or do you do retouching, etc?
One picture *is* worth a thousand words but a few words may be necessary.
It looks very professional, and your photos are great.

Arthur... Most of what I see is color correction, perhaps a little cloning. My biggest problem with your site is that in many of the shots I can't tell which is the "before" and which is the "after". With some, I couldn't tell what direction you were headed. The best shot I saw was the model on the steps.

Hey, that is a GREAT criticism. Thank you.
I'll be updating the site soon! Adding some content about the work.
Actually I do both, but mostly on the website is my retouch (pós-produção) work.
Thank you for the compliments.

Hey Swampy, you've got me thinking. About the color corrections, that is what my clients seek first and most. I try to keep the images quite natural. Almost like they haven't been retouched, if you know what I mean.
For instance, in this portrait: http://portfolio.arthursoares.com.br/?p=46 (Geraldo Piquet). I've tried to keep him as natural as it could. He is a famous Racer from Brazil, so I didn't want to change his looks. Just eased on some of his expression marks.
But you really got me thinking. I'm not a huge fan of liquifying/modifying shapes and etc.. But I might get a further look on it.
(have you noticed in this: http://portfolio.arthursoares.com.br/?p=48 her finger?)
LOL
Anyway, thank you both for the criticism and attention.

Arthur,
I agree with mama alligator, some text on your home page would help. Can you not put some excerpts of the copy that you have on the about page on the home page?
Also, you may want to exchange the "next page" and "previous page" links.

Very nice! I especially like the screen effect. Can you tell us how that is done?
Regards,
Tim
