Hi Bitla
Welcome to Retouch Pro
You have done a good job on the ink marks.:bigthmb:
For the colour patches the easiest way is to desaturate and recolour.
Image > Adjust > Desaturate
Then add a Hue/Sat layer. Click the colourize box and then play with the sliders to get the sepia tone (try hue 50 and sat 20)
Does this help?
If you need more help please post a larger image. You can post images up to 100kb

Bitla, the Match Color was not really intended to do what you are trying to do because the color and tone are outside the range that Match Color was intended to work in. Even if you did use match color, you should just select one of the blue marks and copy it to a new layer. Then position it over an area of face that has good color and then apply the match color command. You can then move that piece of the image back over where it came from.
My approach to this image (and there are many ways to fix it) would be to use the clone tool. Then reduce the saturation or convert the image to B&W.
I applied a noise filter to your image to smooth as it is pretty noisy and oixelated. Hopefully you have a much higher resoluton scan.

Hi bitla.
I agree with Ken on this. Since these are not color pictures to start with, there is really nothing to be lost by desaturating the pictures to black and white. All you really have to do is add a saturation layer, and click the colorize box. Then adjust the color tone to what you want. It isn't necessary to desaturate first, as ps will do this automatically when you add the hue/saturation layer and click the colorize box, and by skipping that step, you haven't destroyed your original layer, in case you don't like the result.
Dave.

What am I missing? Why not just use the clone tool? Would takes seconds to do?
