Perfect time (with a 3-year old) to get going on your photography. Advice from the dad of an 11 yo daughter: Take LOTS of pics; don't worry if they're 'not perfect' yet or your skills today aren't where they will be down the road... The photo skills will come, but don't miss those magic moments.
