Hello all,

I have just joined, I did a search for opening eyes in photoshop, and here I am... I have just done a wedding for a friends brother, the bride wanted the cake shot redone, as her eyes where closed. Actually they were just looking down to where she was cutting the cake, but customers are always right and I suppose it would be nice for them both to be looking at the camera!

Anyway, its time to get back to finding out how to put more open eyes on her pic, even though its a glorious late summer day in England.

Well welcome to RetouchPro Rob, this is an awesome place with not just talented but helpful members. You sure came to the right place.

I would suggest you post a small example (cropped to the area of interest) in the "Photo Retouching " forum area. It is always much easier to guide and advise when you an see exactly what the issue is.

Also you should have enough other reference images of the couple to get the eyes required. I had to do something similar for my very own wedding images. One shot that could not be recaptured had my wife with her eyes half closed but I had enough other reference shots with of course the same makeup etc that retouching this was a breeze. In my case the face angle was not an issue, in yours if she is looking down it could be slightly more tricky.
