this is the worst photo i ever take. Bad Light, strange looking people (only a few faces, the rest is body parts), an ugly plant in the foreground, nothing of interest there...

Can you do something with it? I am afraid not....

I'm not quite clear why you are asking the question. Do you want to make something out of the picture? Else you could just throw it away. Just in case you do want to see the people, I brightened it (in ACR - exposure up) and took out the redeye and cropped way in.

Mask out the leaves, boost exposure, correct white balance, noise reduction.
