I am new to photoshop
I have applied many tutorial and help on this photo of mine firend but un able get good results. I refered tutorial like

I really don't know where you want to end up with this image but here's my take at a general clean-up while keeping the natural look.
Clone and healing tool for minor clean-up of skin (don't go too far)
Curve Adjustment layer to correct the colol and contrast.
Burn tool to darken the eyes, eye brows and lips

Hi rdsingh,
I got the most dramatic change by doing a levels adjustment and moving the middle slider to the right to increase the gamma....
It looked a bit washed out before..... I may have added too much texture to his face......

Is this the best photo you have of your friend to use for this? Any chance of taking a better photo?
Be careful with your cut out edges. You don't want them that sharp. Soften them with a small brush and blur.
I took a wack at it. There is more cleanup to be done with this photo but this is as far as I'm taking it. Attempted to add a little depth of field by blurring the ear, some shoulder area.
