If i could change anything, i think the face needs some seperation to the fur on her jacket, they both blend in with eachother colour wise. Also you could maybe add a more cold atmosphere. There are still some very sharp edges and also some smudged edges, which suggest some blending attempts were made. A good way to even this out is to use an adj.
