Hi all! First I should introduce myself, my name is Kodi and am fairly new to CS3. I know the basics and can do alot of the basics but am trying to get into beauty retouching and more. I wanted to post a picture and see what could be done with it....and maybe get a breakdown of what you did...the picture maybe a little risque so I hope no one is offended.

So is this a composite image...looks like her face was pasted over another....from looking at some oddities around the chin and near jawline by the ear.

actually there is absolutely nothing that has been done yet.

Then there's something in the background placed in an unfortunate position to look like part of a bigger chin, and the photo would certainly gain from having it cloned/removed.

But, before doing that, do you have a higher quality version of this picture? It looks like you applied quite a bit of heavy JPEG compression to it, making it blocky and distorted, and thus not ideal for high-quality retouching.

I think it is a piece of her hair that is causing the issue. I did have to compress it quite a bit to attach it. Should I just put a photobucket link up for it....

this is a similar picture of the same woman. (By the way we do have her consent. She is doing modeling for my husband). Couldn't decompress the other one for some reason.
